this extraordinary, much-loved聽musical automaton聽was a聽favourite of baron ferdinand's.聽today our 240 year old elephant enchants visitors in the east gallery, wound up聽to run聽at 1pm on聽the first thursday of each month.

our exhibition programme is as diverse as ever, from june 17 our coach house will play host to an exhibition,聽charting the life and art of henry moore (1898 -1986) through a selection of 100 drawings from the collection of the henry moore foundation.
